Are you passionate about customer relationships and commercial development? Does optimization sound like music to your ears? As Dacapo’s Commercial Excellence Analyst, you will make a real impact on enriching our cutting-edge sales strategies to grow our company.
Your responsibilities
- analyze sales data and refine customer profiles to generate actionable insights
- conduct customer and competition research to support strategic decisions
- provide content for communication campaigns and monitor their performance
- identify ways to strengthen our solutions and product positioning and drive innovation
- act as a bridge between sales and other departments to ensure alignment
- analytical with the ability to maintain a global view on processes
- proactive and feel comfortable working cross-functionally
- a good communicator and can show content creation abilities
- fluent in English
- 5 years of experience in a B2B environment, ideally in consulting
- a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- a driven role where analytical and strategic insights come together
