About The Role
As a Business Support Application Engineer, you are the bridge between IT and operations. You ensure our WMS systems run smoothly and play a key role in the transition from Manhattan to SAP EWM. You can translate processes into system solutions and vice versa.

Within the Business Support Team (3 colleagues), you act as the second-line point of contact for operations. You translate new ideas into practical solutions on the warehouse floor and combine technical expertise with a hands-on approach.

Other Tasks

• Optimize and implement solutions within existing applications: testing, deployment, and follow-up.
• Support the SAP EWM migration in the warehouse.
• Validate data, perform analyses, and create reports to support operations.
• Integrate new software packages into the warehouse and guide change management initiatives.
• Manage the second-line helpdesk and escalate issues when needed to DSV Global IT or external vendors.
• Support key users on-site and keep procedures and work instructions up to date.
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and applications.

Are you the perfect fit?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with WMS (Manhattan) or SAP EWM.
• Experience in developing/designing test scenarios.
• You enjoy working in a team but are also able to work independently.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness and a critical eye for our processes.
• Excellent communicator in Dutch and English.
• Interest in inbound and outbound logistics processes (experience is a plus, not required).
• Driven by continuous improvement, initiative, and hands-on collaboration.
