DEME, a global leader in marine and environmental engineering, is looking for a motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our SG&A Controlling team.

Your responsibilities
- Partner with budget holders to support the annual budgeting process and consolidate for management review.
- Monitor SG&A budgets by comparing actuals with targets, identifying trends, and suggesting corrective actions where needed.
- Deliver data-driven insights and financial analysis to your stakeholders to support effective decision making.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration by ensuring clear, factual and impactful communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc support and insights on procedural concepts, financial follow-up, and cross-financial applications.
- Ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations. Contribute to the implementation of automation tools, including AI-powered forecasting, and support the related change management process. Drive cost transparency and efficiency through benchmarking, scenario planning, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis
Your profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Management, IT or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, audit, controlling or as a business analyst.
- You are able to express yourself fluently in English. The knowledge of other languages is an asset;
- Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities.
- Able to distinguish between the big picture and the details that matter.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI; experience with digital budgeting tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
