As a Sales Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, combining hands-on business development with the leadership responsibilities of team management. You'll build a strong network within the IT staffing industry, develop long-term client relationships, manage your own consultant portfolio, and lead a team of Business Managers toward achieving their commercial goals.
You act as both a trusted partner to clients and a team leader internally, driving performance, strategy, and execution.
Sales & business development:
Achieve and exceed individual and team Sales targets
Sales management & leadership:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Business Managers to achieve their KPIs
Define and implement Sales strategies aligned with company objectives
Provide ongoing training, support, and development to the Sales team
Analyze team performance and identify areas for improvement
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development or IT staffing/Sales
Initial experience in managing a Sales team or Sales process
Fluent in French/Dutch and English
Proven ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and drive performance
