Organizational Change Manager – Immediate Start
Duration: 75 days (Purchase Order)
Work setup: 2 days/week remote
Project Context:
A government-affiliated organization has initiated a project to implement a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) framework across its IT domains. This includes both corporate IT and various operational IT divisions. The goal is to standardize and improve collaboration among internal units and external suppliers using a hybrid SIAM model.
The future SIAM structure will combine an internal coordination team and a to-be-selected external service provider. This mixed team, made up of both civilian and specialized personnel, will oversee supplier management activities. Support is required for the design and rollout of the SIAM organization, including current state analysis, future state definition, gap analysis, implementation planning, and assistance with the drafting of an RFP for the external provider.
Role Overview:
The Organizational Change Manager will lead the human and cultural change aspects of the transition. The role involves engaging stakeholders, driving adoption of new ways of working, and fostering alignment across diverse teams.
