Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 100 working days
Remote Work: 2 days per week
Overview:
A public sector organization is initiating a strategic IT transformation focused on implementing a SIAM (Service Integration and Management) framework. This initiative aims to streamline collaboration across internal IT units and external service providers, covering both corporate and operational IT domains. A hybrid SIAM model is being adopted, involving a new organizational structure that blends internal personnel (civilian and operational units) and an external SIAM partner.
Objective:
Support is needed for the design and implementation of this new SIAM operating model. The engagement will cover current state analysis ("As Is"), future state definition ("To Be"), gap analysis, implementation strategy, and advisory input for the selection process of an external SIAM service provider through an RFP.
Role Description:
The Strategic Project Manager will lead overall coordination and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. This includes shaping the Target Operating Model, developing the transition roadmap, and ensuring proper integration of ITSM processes in a multi-vendor environment.
