Responsibilities:

• Oversee the internal authorization workflow for strategic initiatives within the organization.
• Ensure applicants understand the necessary components and expectations for approval documentation.
• Assess submitted materials to confirm completeness and alignment with key stakeholder agreements and architectural standards.
• Track decision outcomes and feedback from leadership (e.g., conditional acceptance, full approval, revision requests).
• Verify that all preconditions—such as funding, timeline, and team structure—are fulfilled before project initiation.
• Identify process bottlenecks or recurring issues and suggest actionable enhancements.
• Schedule and coordinate essential discussions aligned with the overall project plan and decision checkpoints.

Profile:

• Background in overseeing technology initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
• Competence in project oversight, task planning, stakeholder negotiation, and progress tracking
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, suited for interactions at various organizational levels
• Analytical mindset for diagnosing gaps and recommending improvements based on data and documentation
• Familiarity with foundational principles of continuous improvement and structured problem solving
• General understanding of enterprise IT systems and their operational context
