F&B – Hospitality, Stock


About the Role

The F&B is the key player behind our drinks, snacks, and service experience at WoodCutter.

You'll be responsible for managing the full food & beverage offer—from designing the

menu and managing suppliers to maintaining top hygiene standards and keeping

inventory under control.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you are present on the floor during service, working

closely with the team to ensure great vibes, quick service, and clean, well-stocked

spaces.

You work directly with the Chief Coordinator to track performance, spot opportunities,

and make sure every shift runs like a well-oiled bar tap.

What You'll Do

As F&B Lead, you'll ensure we offer a fun, consistent, and high-quality selection of drinks

and snacks—delivered with speed and a smile. You'll own the menu, manage supplier

relations, keep costs in check, and uphold hygiene regulations.

Each week, you'll also work 4 floor shifts as Team Leader or Axe Master to stay

connected to guest experience and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update the food & drink menu to reflect guest tastes and operational needs
  • Track menu performance and adjust based on feedback and sales data
  • Manage stock levels and prevent over-ordering through weekly inventory checks
  • Keep accurate records of usage and cost; report any losses or discrepancies
  • Coordinate orders and build strong, reliable supplier relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to keep operations efficient
  • Ensure bar cleanliness and hygiene meet or exceed safety standards
  • Train the team on proper food & drink handling and hygiene practices
  • Work 4 shifts/week on the floor as Team Leader or Axe Master, supporting guests and the team

What You Bring

You're organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality. You know what makes a

bar feel great—and you've got the experience to back it up. You're not afraid of numbers

or negotiation, and you've got a sharp eye for detail and cleanliness.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in F&B management, bar operations, or stock control
  • Strong supplier negotiation and relationship skills
  • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations
  • A creative approach to menus and product mix
  • A hands-on leadership style and team-first mindset
