Job Title: Senior Business Central Consultant

Location: Belgium (Hybrid – 50% on-site with clients / 50% remote)

Salary Range: €5,000 – €7,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role:

My client is looking for a Senior Business Central Consultant to join their growing team and play a key role in supporting clients across Belgium on their ERP journey. You’ll be responsible for leading and delivering Business Central implementations, ensuring processes run smoothly, and empowering clients to get the most out of their ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Business Central implementations, from analysis and design to go-live support.
• Lead or support multiple smaller projects, or take ownership of one medium-to-large scale implementation.
• Specialise in logistics, sales, warehousing, and procurement processes within Business Central.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing functional expertise and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Central Consultant, with proven implementation success.
• Strong functional knowledge across logistics, sales, warehousing, and procurement modules.
• Experience leading projects or playing a senior role in ERP delivery.
• Excellent client-facing and consulting skills – proactive, communicative, and solutions-oriented.
• Fluency in Dutch & English (written and spoken).
