What you'll do

As an
Inventory Technician
, you'll be responsible for managing the
receipt, storage, and shipment of biological and pharmaceutical materials
, including cryopreserved products. You'll work in a GMP-regulated environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing inventory management, data entry, packaging, and logistics
  • Supporting cryoroom operations, including leukapheresis freezing and dry shipper handling
  • Coordinating with Program Managers and supporting SOP updates
  • Responding to equipment alarms and participating in the on-call rotation
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed in real-time
  • Participating in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

You'll play a key role in ensuring our materials are handled with care and precision, supporting the delivery of advanced therapies.


What we're looking for

  • A secondary school diploma (higher education is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a GMP/GxP environment
  • Experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials and cryogenic handling
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, temperature monitoring, and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in French; English (B1+) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Physically able to lift/carry up to 20kg and handle cryogenic containers
