Business Development for Monitoring

Context and Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for Evaluation, Monitoring, and Capitalization Missions to join our vibrant team of 8, supported by external experts. This key role involves managing and developing a diverse portfolio of missions that directly contribute to our capacity-building mission.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Monitoring: Actively monitor call for tender opportunities to ensure COTA remains at the forefront of innovations and available opportunities.
  • Submission Coordination: Lead the preparation of comprehensive tender dossiers, from mobilizing expertise to precise budgeting, including the management of technical and administrative aspects.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with our partners, consultants, and clients to ensure effective and mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the entire project execution process to ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, budgets, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts from A to Z, ensuring rigorous tracking of budgets, expenses, and human resources.
  • Organizational Development: Contribute to the expansion and deepening of our activities impact.

Your Profile

  • Autonomous and Proactive: Capable of independently carrying out your missions while effectively collaborating with your team.
  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Linguistic Versatility: Excellent written proficiency in English and Dutch/French.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Gender Sensitivity: A thorough understanding of gender issues will be an advantage.
