PMO manager - brussels (onsite)

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Duration: Contract until end of 2026 (extension possible)

Our client, a major multinational organisation in Belgium, is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to support a global implementation programme. The role focuses on programme coordination, training management, and communications across international teams.

Key responsibilities

Support the Program Director with coordination, documentation, and programme activities

Coordinate large-scale training for ~1,000 users, including scheduling and follow-up

Execute programme communications and ensure consistent messaging

Prepare updates, newsletters, and stakeholder communications

Collaborate with change managers, project teams, airlines, and vendors

Requirements

Experience in PMO, project coordination, or programme support

Strong organisation and communication skills

Fluent English

Comfortable working in international environments

Experience with Teams, O365, Jira, or similar tools

Desirable: Aviation industry exposure (Airline/Camo/MRO), AMOS/Trax knowledge, Microsoft Copilot experience.
