Operations Manager (data center)

As Operations Manager, you'll lead operational performance across data center locations, managing Service Delivery, Facility, and Project Leads. Your focus will be on optimizing technical installations and team expertise to maximize customer satisfaction. You'll report to the COO and be part of the Management Team, providing technical insights and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily datacenter operations teams.
• Manage Service Delivery, Facility, and Project Leads, and indirectly oversee operators/contractors.
• Report on performance and drive team/facility optimization.
• Support facility management (maintenance, monitoring, upgrades, efficiency).
• Assist service delivery design and provide technical sales support.
• Contribute to project management (risk mitigation, improvements, cost efficiency).
• Develop and implement operational process guidelines and ensure regulatory alignment.

Your Profile:

• Technical degree or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years in electro-technical engineering.
• 3-5+ years in industrial/mechanical engineering.
• 3-5+ years in project management.
• Datacenter facility experience preferred.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
