As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the simulation center. You will lead the on-site team, ensuring system availability and service levels, while acting as the primary interface with the garrison and command. You will also provide backup technical support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the simulation center and manage the on-site team.
- Ensure the availability and service levels of all systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the garrison and command.
- Provide backup technical support when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Dutch, French, and English: Minimum B2 level in each.
Technical Skills:
- Team leadership.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Networking/Infrastructure, and basic Cybersecurity.
- Scheduling and Stakeholder Management.
- Power BI, O365, Confluence, Jira, ITIL tools, GLPI/ServiceNow.
Soft Skills:
- Teamwork and effective communication with cross-functional roles.
- Adaptability to operational missions and shifting priorities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to integrate into military culture and adhere to rules of discipline.
Security Requirements:
- National SECRET security clearance required or eligibility to obtain it.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with rotating shift availability (06:00–22:00).
- Occasional 24-hour service coverage depending on exercises.
- Travel for national and international exercises or support as needed.
