Role Description The General Manager will oversee the daily operations, manage teams, and ensure the seamless delivery of services at CSTJ. Responsibilities include strategic planning, improving operational efficiency, managing staff, and overseeing training and job placement processes for candidates. Collaboration with stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and maintaining the organization's commitment to excellence are also central to this role. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, allowing for a combination of office and remote work as required. Qualifications Proficiency in management skills, including team leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders Knowledge of company secretary and legal work domains Experience in training programs, talent development, and job placement processes Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive results and improvements Proficiency in using technology for administrative and communication purposes Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field Familiarity with Hong Kong SAR's legal and corporate regulations is a plus
