About Coloc Housing


Coloc Housing is one of the leading coliving agencies in Belgium. We currently operate 529 rooms in 70 buildings across 5 cities in Belgium. We just raised 37M in a series A round to double the capacity of rooms in less than three years. We aim to become the leading coliving agency in Belgium by being present in every major Belgian city. Key Commitments:


  • Welcome New Tenants: Be the friendly face that helps newcomers feel at home.
  • Support Departing Tenants: Assist with smooth transitions and finding replacements.
  • Rent Management: Ensure timely rent payments and financial accuracy.
  • Resident Liaison: Act as the primary contact for tenant concerns and feedback.
  • Coloc Buddy Coordination: Oversee responsibilities, organize elections, and provide coaching.
  • Content Creation: Write Help Center articles and make informative videos.
  • Community Building: Organize social events and foster tenant connections.
  • Marketing and Retention: Promote our spaces on social media and implement retention strategies.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate tenant conflicts and ensure fair resolutions.
  • Enhance Tenant Experience: Suggest facility improvements and promote sustainability practices.


Requirements:

  • Master degree or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of property management experience
  • To maximize communication it would be preferable if you would speakΒ fluent Dutch and master English.
  • An advanced understanding of Mac and Microsoft environment would be beneficial.
  • Attention for detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive and 'can do' attitudeβ€˜
  • People person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community.
