Role Overview:
The Customer Service Technician will provide technical support and on-site assistance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and solutions. This role requires expertise in diagnostics, maintenance, and client training, with occasional travel.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to client technical issues and providing preventive support.
Conducting diagnostics and identifying cost-effective technical solutions.
Preparing and organizing tools, staff, and materials for site interventions.
Performing maintenance, installation, and equipment optimization tasks.
Delivering client training and technical recommendations.
Supporting the development and adjustment of new product solutions.
Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
Degree in engineering, industrial technology, or equivalent experience.
6–10 years of relevant professional experience.
Proficiency in equipment assembly, disassembly, troubleshooting, and repair.
Ability to create detailed technical reports and recommendations.
Knowledge of safety standards and mobile worksite organization.
Advanced proficiency in English and the local language.
Willingness to travel occasionally and provide on-call support.
