Role Overview:
The Field Maintenance & Commissioning Manager will lead a team of technicians responsible for on-site equipment maintenance, installation, and commissioning. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical specifications while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing field maintenance and commissioning teams, including subcontractors.
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Performing equipment maintenance, upgrades, and solution installations at customer locations.
- Overseeing commissioning activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols aligned with both company and client requirements.
- Supporting customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve operational methods and contribute to sales development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field maintenance, commissioning, or related engineering roles.
