Role Overview:

The Field Maintenance & Commissioning Manager will lead a team of technicians responsible for on-site equipment maintenance, installation, and commissioning. This role ensures that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with technical specifications while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing field maintenance and commissioning teams, including subcontractors.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site operations to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Performing equipment maintenance, upgrades, and solution installations at customer locations.
• Overseeing commissioning activities, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
• Implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols aligned with both company and client requirements.
• Supporting customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational methods and contribute to sales development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field maintenance, commissioning, or related engineering roles.
• Strong leadership skills with a background in managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to coordinate complex projects and resolve technical challenges under tight deadlines.
