About the Role:

We are seeking a LIMS Project Manager / Project Coordinator with GxP experience to join our team onsite in Braine, Belgium. This role is part of LIMS upgrade Project and focuses on project coordination and documentation for LIMS-related activities.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing tasks and stakeholders effectively. Strong communication skills in French and English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate LIMS-related projects and activities across teams and stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and communications
• Work on DS and CDS Documents

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong expertise in LIMS (Lab Information Management Systems)
• Experience with GxP environments and compliance standards
• Familiarity with ISA 88 and GAMP guidelines is a plus
• Strong coordination and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
