Role Overview
We are looking for a OneStream Specialist to join a growing Finance Transformation team delivering end-to-end EPM projects across consolidation and FP&A.
You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure solutions and support delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities
You will:
Gather and translate business requirements into user stories
Develop OneStream finance models across consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and costing
Support UAT and train end users
Prepare training materials and onboard client model builders
Deliver high-quality client deliverables
Translate business needs into scalable OneStream blueprints
Bridge Finance and IT using analytics and automation tools
Support technical implementations across finance use cases
Your Profile
University degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or similar
2+ years relevant experience
Hands-on experience with OneStream
Experience with other EPM, BI or analytics tools is a plus (Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Board, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience in accounting, consolidation, planning, budgeting or reporting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented and client-focused mindset
Ownership mentality
Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French
OneStream certification is a strong advantage
