Role Description This part-time hybrid role of Senior Account Manager / Key Account Manager is based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work from home on some occasions. The role involves managing and fostering relationships with key accounts, creating and implementing effective business plans, and delivering tailored customer service solutions. Additionally, the role will require analytical assessments and supporting partners to achieve their goals while aligning with the company's strategic objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and handling Key Accounts Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and business decision-making Experience with Business Planning to develop and execute growth strategies Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction Strong communication abilities and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Relevant industry knowledge or wholesale/retail experience is an advantage
