Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, allowing for a mix of on-site work and remote flexibility. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and development plans. Key responsibilities include operational management, business planning, financial oversight, and optimizing organizational performance. The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team and stakeholders to drive efficiency, maintain budget discipline, and ensure strategic decision-making supports long-term growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management to develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives effectively.
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Financial expertise in Budgeting and Finance for managing budgets, overseeing financial health, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with company goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills to successfully lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in the wholesale, retail, or supply chain sectors is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are an advantage.
