Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Management Practice Lead, located in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for remote work. The Practice Lead will be responsible for overseeing project and program management initiatives, developing and executing project plans, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Day-to-day tasks may include planning, coordinating resources, managing deadlines, monitoring project progress, and providing clear communication to stakeholders. The role involves driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Advanced Project Management and Program Management skills, with experience in leading diverse teams and delivering results
Expertise in Project Planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess data and derive actionable insights
Outstanding Communication skills, including effective stakeholder management and clear reporting
A track record of successfully managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with project management tools and software
A degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred
Experience in wholesale or retail industries is an advantage
