PMO Manager


Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a PMO Manager / PMO Director located in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The PMO Manager / Director will oversee program management and project portfolio management to align business objectives with strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing resources, optimizing business processes, and ensuring successful project delivery. The individual will also focus on maintaining effective communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to achieve operational success.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Program Management and Project Management to lead cross-functional projects effectively
Proficiency in Business Process Improvement to drive efficiency and optimize operational workflows
Expertise in Project Portfolio Management to ensure alignment and prioritization of initiatives
Skill in Resource Management to allocate and optimize workforce and project-related resources
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks both in-person and remotely
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is a plus
