Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time. The role involves supporting project planning and management activities, coordinating tasks, monitoring project timelines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include assisting in maintaining documentation, identifying resource needs, and ensuring adherence to project goals and deadlines. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and project management software Analytical and problem-solving skills for effectively addressing challenges throughout project lifecycles Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation, scheduling, and reporting Experience in project coordination or a related role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is desirable Familiarity with or experience in wholesale, supply chain, or retail industries is a plus
