Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role, based in Hong Kong SAR, with flexibility to work both remotely and in-office as needed. As the General Manager – Operations, you will oversee daily operational activities, manage and optimize operational processes, lead and mentor teams, and enhance customer service delivery. You will ensure efficient resource allocation, handle budgeting responsibilities, and implement strategies to improve operational performance. Collaboration with stakeholders to meet organizational objectives will be a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Experience in General Management and Operations Management to drive organizational efficiency and growth. Proficiency in Customer Service and Team Management to lead and motivate teams effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong Budgeting skills to manage financial resources and maintain cost control. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment with a flexible approach to both remote and in-office responsibilities. Relevant experience in wholesale, retail, or a similar business sector is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
