Client Strategy Director
Let’s face it. People who are able to recognize the levers to scale digital campaigns based on data AND who can explain this in a way other people want to move forward are a rare breed. Agencies struggle finding the right people for this role. They either end up with a glorified project manager who just doesn’t “see” it, or a sales “strategist” who can’t remember how Google Analytics works and likes to blow smoke.
The person we are looking for has real experience with the struggles of scaling digital sales and leads. They know how to look into the data and find insights. They also know that this is only half the battle…because to get things moving they need to be inspiring and convincing. Only by becoming a trusted advisor to our clients are they able to drive results forward.

So what does a “Client Strategy Director” do?
- You nurture & enrich our partnerships with clients. You are their trusted advisor, deeply ingrained in understanding their business needs to craft & propose tailored strategies that drive their success.
- Your relationship with the client is at the heart of everything you do.
- You own both the client relationship and the delivery quality of your team. You make sure priorities are clear, deadlines are realistic, and work is reviewed before it reaches the client.
- Your (long term) relationship & collaboration with the client is central in which you have an inspiring role and together you stimulate them to reach the next level.
- In collaboration with the client and the analysts, you develop a clear vision & roadmap, leveraging the optimal mix of digital marketing channels to fuel growth.
- You serve as the strategic point of contact, delivering compelling presentations that engage & resonate with our clients.
- You work hand-in-hand with your team of analysts to implement solutions & kickstart campaigns, ensuring your strategic vision comes to life
- Lead, coach, and grow your team of analysts. You translate strategy into clear direction, challenge their work, and help them progress in both expertise and ownership.
- Collaborate with the CEO on pitching new projects and maintaining a close watch on project quality and progression.
- You contribute to the submission process for various industry awards that celebrate our shared achievements.
- You have an active role within CLICKTRUST Academy that elevates our client’s competencies & understanding of the digital landscape.

Your profile and background
- ENG/NL/FR is a plus.
- You live in Belgium.
- You have 5+ years of experience as Digital Campaign Manager, or senior expertis with relevant client relationship management experience, or a similar function in digital marketing at the agency or client side.
- You are hungry, motivated & ready for a next step in Digital Strategy.
- You are very customer centric. You understand the importance of "listening" and "trust" within a customer relationship and you are able to correctly interpret the wishes of the customer by offering advice that is spot on.
- You are a marketer at heart. You understand marketing isn't about CTR, CPL or impression share and you are up to speed with the latest trends within digital channels.
- You understand client politics & act accordingly.
- You are sociable & you have a large dose of persuasiveness that is inspiring to both clients & team members.
- You are a team player & have excellent coaching skills.
- You have experience leading or mentoring people and enjoy helping others grow while keeping standards high.
- High tolerance for stress and ability to deal with strict deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with high attention for detail.
- You are passionate about digital marketing & you go for solutions. Whatever works.
