Senior Digital Marketing Consultant

This role puts you at the heart of one of Belgium’s most iconic brands. You’ll be fully integrated into the in-house marketing team, helping to shape and execute digital strategies with the support and innovation flow of Clicktrust behind you.



What you will do

You’ll be embedded in the client’s marketing team but backed by Clicktrust, working closely with media agencies and internal departments to ensure that paid media strategies are flawlessly executed and aligned with the brand’s tone and goals.

  • Act as the bridge between the client and its media agencies. You’ll brief, align, challenge, and help shape digital campaign plans.
  • Ensure flawless execution of performance marketing campaigns across SEA, display, YouTube, Meta, and more.
  • Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables. You’ll keep everything moving and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Oversee performance measurement. Make sure the right KPIs are tracked, reported, and used to optimize media decisions.
  • Safeguard the strategy. You’ll make sure campaigns reflect the brand’s business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Collaborate daily with internal stakeholders, including media, brand, data, and creative teams.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Clicktrust Client Strategy Director, who will coach you and support you on high-level strategy.



You are the perfect fit if you…

  • Have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally across paid media or performance marketing
  • Know your way around Google Ads, Meta and analytics tools
  • Are fluent in digital KPIs, measurement frameworks and attribution
  • Can speak the language of agencies and challenge them when needed
  • Are highly organized and proactive, with strong project management skills
  • Understand tone of voice, consistency and brand identity
  • Communicate clearly, whether it’s with agencies, marketing execs or creatives
  • Are bilingual FR/ENG or FR/NL
