China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (\"the Company\" or \"China State Hong Kong\") started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, \"Buildings\", \"Port Works\", \"Roads and Drainage\", \"Site Formation\" and \"Waterworks\".
Responsibilities
Promote and sell Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) materials, including MiMEP (Multi-trade Integrated MEP) products.
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users in the E&M industry.
Lead tender preparation and submission for E&M projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the E&M sector.
Requirements
Background in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Proven sales experience in the E&M industry, with knowledge of materials and products.
Familiarity with material specification and submission files in construction or E&M projects.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Cantonese.Mandarin is a plus.
