Responsibilities
We, a local public listed company with business in property investment and property development , are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high calibre individual for the following position:
Responsible for the daily operations of sales office including presentation and briefing of the show flat
Assist in the formulation and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
Collaborate with business associates such as property agents, solicitors, and advertising agencies to ensure successful sales launch
Address purchasers' enquiries or requests, and provide post-sales services as needed
Coordinate with Property Management and Projects teams on handover of completed units
Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies
Prepare sales-related documents and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines
2 years of relevant experience in leading property developer, fresh graduates are welcome
Proactive and customer-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
5-day week (on roster)
Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Sales Officer
