Your responsibilities:
You will have
a key role
in our company as you will be in direct relation with our customers helping them to enjoy a perfect ride with Chift. We are looking for someone who is willing to take on responsibilities with a
focus on troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems
.
At Chift, you work both with the connector team (back-end) and our customer success team.
In your daily work, you will be mostly in contact with our clients' technical team.

Profile sought:
Bonus: we are working with Pylon internally. If you are already familiar with this tool, it is a huge advantage. If not, that is normal.
Love working with customers and have good communication skills
Having an
ownership and "doer
" spirit: the small size of the team will allow you to take the lead on different subjects
Language:
French
or
Dutch
native with a good
English
proficiency. Speaking Spanish is the cherry on the cake.
