ABOUT HTE JOB
We are looking for a Technical Machine Operator to join a leading company in eco-friendly packaging solutions, producing solid and creative cardboard packaging tailored to client needs and ensuring food product safety.
This is a hands-on position with professional growth, practical training, and full benefits for international workers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare machines for planned production tasks.
Operate production machines (folding/die-cutting departments).
Maintain machines, adjust parameters, and perform minor repairs.
Cooperate with other departments.
Maintain production documentation.
Troubleshoot minor faults on the machines.
PROFILE
2–3 years experience as a machine operator.
Mechanical/electrical knowledge required.
Communicative English.
Technical education or equivalent experience.
Independent and team-working skills.
Availability for two shifts: 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Gross hourly pay first 4 weeks: €20.33/h % shift bonus)
Gross hourly pay after positive evaluation: €21.43/h % shift bonus)
Estimated gross annual: €41,500–43,500
Meal vouchers: €7/day worked
Reimbursement first arrival expenses: €250
Company-arranged accommodation (single room)
Temporary contract initially → possibility permanent contract after 1 year
Bonuses: 13th month, vacation pay, mileage allowance, family allowance, health & accident insurance
