Commissioning Manager (Data Centers & Construction Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute commissioning activities across large-scale data center and construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in MEP systems, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to drive commissioning processes from planning through final handover. This role requires close collaboration with design teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project readiness, performance, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full commissioning process across all project phases, including planning, execution, testing, validation, and final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain commissioning plans, procedures, schedules, and documentation in alignment with project specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the commissioning of MEP systems, electrical infrastructure, HVAC, cooling systems, power distribution, BMS, and all critical systems in data center environments.
• Coordinate closely with construction teams, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of commissioning activities.
• Ensure all systems are tested, inspected, and validated according to contract requirements and operational readiness criteria.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, non-conformities, and performance gaps during commissioning.
• Monitor and report commissioning progress, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and ensure accurate delivery of all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, reports, punch lists, as-built documentation, and turnover packages.
• Drive compliance with safety regulations, company processes, and quality standards throughout all commissioning activities.
• Support project closeout activities and ensure successful handover to operations teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tier III or Tier IV data center environments.
• Strong proficiency in commissioning software tools and reporting systems.
• Certification in commissioning or project management (CxA, PMP, LEED, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
