The Rebuyer is responsible for ensuring optimal supply and flow of all items determined by the Goods Department, taking into account certain agreements. He/she must guarantee that all products are available on the shelves in the required quantity and quality.

• Active management of all flows (stock, just-in-time) per Product Category.
• Contributing to the creation of references (WRI) in close collaboration with the purchaser: logistical data, type of flow, etc.
• Management of the supply of regular and promotional assortments: creation of supplier orders, determination of the quantities to be ordered, ensuring that the delivery date is respected, controlling the MRP supply parameters (in SAP), optimization of supplier orders: compliance with the purchasing conditions negotiated with the supplier (full pallet, fully loaded truck...).
• Management of the supply of promotions (advertising, events, season): following up on orders, contacting involved parties (supplier, depot), following up on deliveries.
• Working closely with the purchaser, the supplier and the logistics services (logistics coordinator).
• Management of stock differences: trying to avoid or limit overstock or depletion of stock as much as possible, minimizing stock and goods whose expiration date has passed. Analyzing the causes to find a sustainable solution (forecasts, parameter determination, supplier shortcomings, return to supplier, etc.)
• Monitoring of performance indicators: stock, service and costs on the basis of which the flow manager is objectified.
• Penalizing suppliers when they fail to meet commitments (delivery time, quantities delivered vs. quantities ordered) in accordance with the agreement signed by the supplier.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree
• You are fascinated by new technologies
• You are fluently bilingual: Dutch/French and have a basic knowledge of English
• You are very customer and result-oriented
• You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access) and Outlook
• You work meticulously and are well organized
• You can work both independently and as part of a team
• You are communicative and have good interpersonal skills
• You always approach suppliers and internal/external customers in a positive and customer-oriented manner
