Key Responsibilities Assist in the daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ERP, financial systems, and Order Management System (OMS). Participate in gathering and analysing business requirements from Finance, Operations, and IT departments. Support in preparing functional documentation, workflow diagrams, and user guides. Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for system enhancement, integration, and project follow‑ups. Support system integration tasks, including data mapping, interface coordination between ERP/OMS/Finance systems, and basic configuration under guidance. Participate in UAT/SIT preparation and execution, including test case creation, testing, and documenting results. Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, process flows, and change request logs. Assist in user training sessions and support process improvement initiatives across business systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields. 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates with relevant academic or internship experience are welcome. Basic understanding or exposure to ERP systems, financial/financing systems, or OMS is highly preferred. Knowledge of business processes such as order management, inventory, procurement, or financial operations is an advantage. Familiarity with system integration concepts or EDI is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and clarify user needs. Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
