Senior Delivery Program Manager

Delivery Manager – Guidewire (Insurance) Global IT Services Provider Belgium/France/Netherlands A leading global IT services and technology consulting organisation is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a large-scale Guidewire implementation for a major insurance client. This is a senior delivery role with end-to-end responsibility across multiple onshore and offshore locations , working closely with client stakeholders, technical teams, and commercial leadership. Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of a Guidewire implementation (PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter) Act as the primary delivery interface with senior client stakeholders Manage multi-location delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore) Ensure delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality Govern delivery using appropriate Agile / hybrid methodologies Identify delivery risks and proactively manage dependencies Support account growth and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with sales and account leadership Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Programme Manager within insurance IT transformations Deep understanding of insurance domain processes (P&C preferred) Experience managing complex, distributed delivery models Strong stakeholder management skills at Director / C-suite level Fluency in French or Dutch High-profile insurance transformation programme Opportunity to own delivery and influence broader account growth Work with a global delivery organisation and mature offshore capability
