IT Service Desk Analyst- Brussels
Service Desk Analyst -O365, Azure, Intune, VIP support
Contract role- 260 Euros/ day, Duration- 6 months
Hybrid role (with regular travel to Paris and Amsterdam)
The role is with a Global Management Consultancy for an IT Service Desk Analyst based in Brussels.
Should be experienced in most of the following:-
Need to be experienced in supporting Senior execs (white glove support for partners/ VIP support
Office 365 support
Azure, Intune
Top desk or ServiceNow
Network troubleshooting (Cisco Meraki: reasonable understanding)
Hardware (Lenovo, HP)
Mobile devices, Mac OS, JAMF, TeamViewer, rebuilding devices
Teams' troubleshooting,
Knowledge management
Strong communication skills required in English/ Dutch/ French or German
