As a Payroll Lead, you will lead and oversee the payroll department, providing tailored payroll and HR services to a diverse international client portfolio. Your expertise in Belgian payroll legislation and ability to manage and support a team will be key to driving excellence. Oversee and coordinate the payroll process for complex client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Belgian regulations. Manage the onboarding and implementation of new client payroll systems. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on payroll and HR-related matters. Train and mentor team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and professional development. Act as a team player and leader, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll delivery, ideally with exposure to international payrolls. Proven experience in leadership and an expertise in Belgian payroll legislation and best practices. Fluent in English and either French or Dutch (both written and spoken). Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights. A competitive salary package with a permanent contract.
