Our client is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to keep complex technical installations reliable, safe, and energy-efficient across multiple Belgian sites. You will manage maintenance, improvements, and preventive plans to ensure maximum uptime and safety of mission-critical environments. Our client is a leading Belgian data center provider operating five state-of-the-art facilities in key locations such as Diegem, Aalst, Antwerp, Huizingen, and Gembloux. They specialize in secure colocation, connectivity, and cloud services for a wide range of businesses. Maintain and optimise electrical installations, HVAC and power systems across data center facilities. Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives from planning through execution. Conduct preventive tasks and reactive fixes to minimise downtime. Support safe and efficient technical operations while reducing operational costs. Partner with project leadership on upgrades and expansions. Uphold rigorous standards for quality, safety, security, and environmental impact. Report to the infrastructure manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's or Master's in industrial engineering, electromechanics, or related field. Solid hands-on experience with electrical systems and/or HVAC in critical environments (e.g., data centers, hospitals, airports). Strong analytical problem-solver who can organise complex work independently. Proactive, initiative-taking attitude with clear communication skills. Comfortable working with basic AutoCAD or similar engineering tools. Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation schedule. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
