One of our clients, a global manufacturing company that produces high-tech sensors and cameras with around 1.500 employees worldwide, is looking for an experience Business Controller for their site in Belgium (Leuven)

The position can be fully or predominentially remote, as long as you are available to travel to Leuven from time to time to meet with stakeholders.

Your Tasks:

• Cost Controlling: Set up and maintain standard cost controlling and identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
• Inventory Controlling: Proactively manage and report inventory controlling in close collaboration with production and operations teams.
• Budget & Forecast Analysis: Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze variances versus actuals, and drive corrective actions with local management.
• Reporting & KPIs: Deliver monthly management reports, support audits, and track key performance indicators to guide decision-making.

Your Profile:

• 5 – 10 years experience as Financial/Business Controller in an international manufacturing company
• Experience with manufacturing-related cost calculations, and ideally inventory controlling
• Good IFRS skills
• Very good English skills, as well as either French or Dutch skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with production management
