Freelance Marketing Specialist – Belgium (Remote/Hybrid)

We are seeking a part-time freelance marketing professional 2/3 days per week to support company Technical Product marketing, structured communication and website updates for a company in the Logistics & supply chain sector. We need a hands-on execution-focused marketing coordinator with a digital product background. Someone who can set up, maintain and execute automated customer communication flows in Ortto (or similar tools) to support onboarding, conversion and product updates. The role is operational: managing recurring email journeys, sending incident and release communications and making basic squarespace updates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute recurring and on-demand email communication flows.
• Prepare product release notes and urgent updates.
• Set up new email campaigns and long-term communication projects.
• Updates to website.

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing tools ( Ortto )
• Website editing skills
• Technical / Digital Product Marketing experience
• English fluency; Dutch or Polish also is a plus.

Role Details:

• 2–3 days per week, remote with occasional meet-ups in Belgium.
• Approx. €300/day.
• Immediate start.
