Business Unit Manager


Great New opportunity for a Business Unit Head to start-up a new Business unit Biologicals / Biosimilars/ Immuno. Marketing & Sales experience in this field is required.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop business set up and strategy in line with company objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key players in the relevant therapeutic domains
  • Detailed budget planning and management
  • Planning , delivering and assessing milestones in order to reach goals
  • Prepare yearly marketing and sales plan
  • Development of marketing template presentations (slidekits), disease awareness projects, professional and lay public approach within legal restrictions
  • Provide marketing presentations at different meetings
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to build on start and expansion of the product line
  • Be representative contact for the TA at required HQ events and trainings
  • Fully manage the attributed promo budget : PO s in line ,budget match and control
  • Monthly reporting on all aspects of the business ( budget, sales, strategy, ..) to Managing director
  • Able to work flexible and adapt needs along the way
  • Supervise and coach related sales force
  • Manage P&L for the department


QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge/ Experiences:

  • Min. 4 years’ experience in equivalent role (Business Unit / Franchise Lead / Sales & Marketing)
  • Strong track record experience in biologicals / biosimilars market ensuring market knowledge and strategic vision
  • Experience in product launch and product management are a must
  • Thorough knowledge of hospital market
  • Trilingual Dutch/ French/ English
  • Knowledge of NL market is added value
  • Reside in Belgium


Education:

  • Paramedical, marketing, economic background

  • Passionate communication and presentation skills, also in English(external and internal audience) with positive demeanour
  • Strong inter-relational capacities
  • Ability to multi-task in cross-functional teams

  • Capability of solution oriented behaviour
  • Hands on mentality , traveling in first phase required
  • Experience in biologicals / biosimilars market is a must
