Scrum Master

Capyx is looking for an experienced Scrum Master with at least 7 years of hands-on delivery across complex, high-stakes environments, capable of supporting teams.

Job Specification: Senior Scrum Master

Domain: Banking, Life, NON-Life, and & Middleware or integration-heavy platforms. ( one domain knowledge is a must )

This role requires strong mastery of Scrum and complementary Agile practices, the judgment to adapt theory to reality, and the backbone to operate in multi-team, multi-stakeholder transformation contexts where things are rarely simple and often urgent.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on complex or critical initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Scrum and Agile practices, including Kanban, XP, and Lean, with pragmatic application.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills in multi-team and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt Agile ways of working to operational, regulatory, and technical constraints.
• Experience working within insurance domains, including Non-Life (P&C) and/or Life Insurance.
• Experience supporting middleware, integration, or platform-centric teams is a strong advantage.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Language: French and/or Dutch with Good English
• Location: Brussels - 2 days onsite
• Start: ASAP
