Supply Chain Specialist

We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Supply Chain Specialist (M/F) to join our team. Reporting to the Supply Chain Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the procurement of parts and raw materials, while optimizing costs and logistics parameters. This role requires strong leadership, coordination with multiple departments, and a commitment to achieving internal targets across one or more commodity groups.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Manage supply chain operations for assigned commodities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract oversight.
• Optimize logistics protocols, purchasing parameters, and stock levels with a TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) mindset.
• Prevent and resolve supply disruptions by tracking shortages, delays, and supplier performance.
• Improve supplier lead times, costs, and logistics reliability; coordinate risk mitigation and development plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and tools (e.g., EN9100); ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain effective reporting and communication with internal stakeholders and management.
• Support internal teams (Production, Logistics, etc.) by ensuring high service levels and operational efficiency.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; experience in procurement, planning, or scheduling.
• Proficient in Excel, MRP systems, and SAP;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong planning mindset, with a focus on organization, continuous improvement, and process excellence.
• Excellent communication, assertiveness, and leadership potential.
• Analytical, methodical, and client-oriented; adaptable to on-site operations.
• Willing to travel within Europe.
