Project Engineer MBR

Your Responsibilities


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Becoming an expert in our MES system: COMET (Electronic Batch Records – Siemens Application). From this expertise, you provide (usage) support to ongoing operations.
  • Designing flows of (new/existing) production processes (in Visio) which are then translated into Master Batch Records.
  • Ensuring that the MBR and related master data are thoroughly tested offline and online before being rolled out in production.
  • Initiating optimizations to master batch records and follow them up until they are completed. For this, you consult with the Master Batch Records Team.
  • Leading or representing the department in projects closely related to your expertise.
  • You continuously seek optimization opportunities (quality, compliance, safety) and translate these into concrete MBR projects.


Your Profile


At Capgemini Engineering, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for MES implementation solution.
  • Brings at least 1 year of experience in MES/ERP systems and their interfaces, with a strong affinity for computer systems.
  • Has technical insight (Basic programming knowledge - SQL/Python), and analytical skills are well-developed, with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical production and scientific processes.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering, Civil Engineering, Bioengineering, or equivalent through experience.
