The Role

You will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues across a wide variety of soft IP matters, including:

• Trademark, design, and copyright portfolio management, prosecution, and enforcement
• Litigation support in IP and related disputes
• Advisory work in advertising law, unfair competition, and media law
• Occasional involvement in data protection (GDPR) issues related to IP matters

Depending on your level of experience, you will be expected to work with increasing autonomy under the guidance and supervision of a partner.

Who We’re Looking For

Whether you're a recently qualified lawyer or already practicing at associate level, we are looking for candidates who:

• Have 1–6 years’ post-qualification experience in intellectual property law
• Are qualified in Belgian law (or another EU jurisdiction with willingness to qualify in Belgium)
• Are fluent in English and French or Dutch (with strong written and spoken command)
• Have a genuine interest in soft IP and related legal areas
• Demonstrate strong legal analysis, drafting, and interpersonal skills
• Work well independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
