Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will work on challenging projects together with a motivated team.

What does this job involve concretely?

• You organise and coordinate the sites from A to Z with an eye on quality, safety, profitability, and within the agreed deadlines.
• You motivate and coach your own teams as well as the subcontractors.
• You closely monitor the respect of all safety instructions.
• You check the budgets and provide the final calculation.
• You are the client's point of contact, coordinating site meetings and meetings with team leaders, subcontractors, architects, etc.

For the Project Manager position, you will meet the following qualifications;

• You have a bachelor's degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience.
• You have a passion for engineering.
• You are customer-oriented and have strong solution-oriented skills.
• You are looking for a job with independence, autonomy and a great sense of responsibility.
• Ideally, you already have experience with roofs, or at least a very strong interest.
• You have a driving licence.
• You have strong communication skills.
• A moderate knowledge of Dutch is sufficient.
