Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will work on challengingprojects together with a motivated team.

Whatdoes this job involve concretely?

• You organise and coordinate thesites from A to Z with an eye on quality, safety, profitability,and within the agreed deadlines.
• You motivateand coach your own teams as well as thesubcontractors.
• You closely monitor the respectof all safety instructions.
• You check thebudgets and provide the final calculation.
• Youare the client's point of contact, coordinating site meetings andmeetings with team leaders, subcontractors, architects,etc.

Forthe Project Manager position, you will meet the followingqualifications;

• You have a bachelor's degree inconstruction engineering or equivalent throughexperience.
• You have a passion forengineering.
• You are customer-oriented and havestrong solution-oriented skills.
• You arelooking for a job with independence, autonomy and a great sense ofresponsibility.
• Ideally, you already haveexperience with roofs, or at least a very stronginterest.
• You have a drivinglicence.
• You have strong communicationskills.
• A moderate knowledge of Dutch issufficient.
