Service Manager


CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Service Manager to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.

 

Your Missions

  • You help on subjects such as service definition, follow-up of managed service, and overall service coordination
  • You ensure user satisfaction by implementing necessary communication with the client and end users
  • You are in charge of the capacity management
  • Youassist technical meetings and make the follow up with the service provider
  • You help technical teams to reach their targets
  • You plan, execute and deliver support projects
  • You elaborate the resource planning, follow-up of staff activities
  • You evaluate risk and provide problem analysis
  • You create reports


Your profile

  • You have minimum 6 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
  • You have a fluent level in French and English
  • You are certified in ITIL 4
  • You are processes oriented
  • You have solid documentation skills
  • You are pro-active, stress resistant, and have great communication skills (writing & speaking)
  • You are rigorous with excellent analytical and organizational skills
