CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Service Manager to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.
Your Missions
- You help on subjects such as service definition, follow-up of managed service, and overall service coordination
- You ensure user satisfaction by implementing necessary communication with the client and end users
- You are in charge of the capacity management
- Youassist technical meetings and make the follow up with the service provider
- You help technical teams to reach their targets
- You plan, execute and deliver support projects
- You elaborate the resource planning, follow-up of staff activities
- You evaluate risk and provide problem analysis
- You create reports
Your profile
- You have minimum 6 years of professional experience in a similar position
- You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- You have a fluent level in French and English
- You are certified in ITIL 4
- You are processes oriented
- You have solid documentation skills
- You are pro-active, stress resistant, and have great communication skills (writing & speaking)
- You are rigorous with excellent analytical and organizational skills
