1      General description

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for the qualitative and timely execution of projects within our company. The role involves a blend of technical expertise and project management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will communicate with and support our clients and partners, ensuring that our projects meet their needs.

2      Responsibilities / accountability

• Technical project management of all internal projects, mainly (but not limited to) clinical and research studies;
• Manages all ongoing projects and ensures timelines, deliverables, technical requirements and standards are kept. This includes management of internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include (but are not limited to) the operational, data-insights and compliance team. External stakeholders include (but not limited to) sponsors, CROs, readers and KOLs. This is done in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Interprets and evaluates the analyzed results from the operations team, and collaborates closely with the medical and data insights team to create reports and/or presentations.
• Prepares and maintains all project-related documentation;
• Monitors project progress, plans and expenditures. This includes supporting the Head of PMO in the preparation of monthly project-related invoices
• Utilizes study management tools to track the project progress;
• Provides timely notification of all appropriate parties to ensure milestones, timelines, and
• budget are met;
• Coordination of incoming client requests and feedback; ensures that all appropriate legal paperwork is in place (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) in collaboration with internal business development;
• Supports Head of PMO in optimizing project processes and workflow for optimal operational efficiency and service scalability.

4      Required competencies

4.1     Education

• MSc degree in biomedical, electrical, computer science engineering or related field of study, or equivalent by experience

4.2     Knowledge and experience

• Minimally 3 years of project management experience in the MedTech, Pharma or other relevant Industry
• Experience in the management of high-value, complex projects
• Strong technical background with experience in signal processing of bio signals 
• High proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure

4.3     Skills and abilities

• Proven organization- and time-management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills and proficiency in visualizing complex data sets

5      Preferred competencies

• Precise and customer-oriented approach
• Impeccable time- and resource management skills
• Communication of complex technical concepts/specifications in a comprehensive way to technically untrained collaborators (e.g. hospital personnel)
• Experience in digital signal processing (filtering, wavelet analysis, decomposition techniques)
• Experience in clinical trial operations is an asset
• Agile and able to produce results in a high-pressure, fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Pro-active, collaborative spirit with a strong sense of accountability
